We are looking for boat captains that are willing to volunteer their time and use their boats to bring youth anglers fishing. If your are interested in being a captain,
1) Please fill out the captain registration form at this following link
2) Fill out the SATT Boat Captain Release of Liability Waiver here.
3) New Captains are also required to complete concussion training. Please follow the instructions below. Current Team Captains whose training has expired need to complete it again:
As a boat captain, you must have on-line concussion training. The following is a website where you can obtain a certificate that is good for 3 years. (Captains that completed this last year do not need to renew it until it expires).

Once you receive your certificate, please email or text an image of it to Jeremy Westrick at jeremywestrick@yahoo.com.
Along with your certificate, please include your contact information: Name, Address, Phone Number and Email.
If you have a certificate from other duties, you may submit the image of your certificate along with your contact information as long as it is still valid.
